Our project initiation process is key to laying the foundation for successful delivery. Understanding requirements and developing a project charter is the first step. Once agreed, we then develop a project plan and initiate a series of workshops to validate and consolidate scope. Our experienced test analysts utilise the Provoke Test Suite™ for multi-tiered unit, functional, load and regression testing culminating in a detailed test summary report. Upon successful user acceptance testing (UAT) the solution is released into production.
