The Services team will ensure the timely delivery of quality solutions through stewardship of the Provoke delivery methodology. As project managers, our initial step is to analyse requirements and develop a project charter.

Once agreed, we then develop a project plan and initiate a series of workshops to tighten the scope of the Product or Bespoke development to be implemented. We next monitor progress, control stage-gates and chaperon the project towards completion.

Our experienced test analysts utilise the Provoke Test Suite™ for multi-tiered unit, functional, load and regression testing culminating in a detailed test summary report. Upon successful user acceptance testing (UAT) the online solution is released into the production.
